There are no annual fees on the Kotak League Platinum Card. There are 3 variants of Kotak League available at Rs. 3000, Rs. 8500, Rs. 12000 and Rs. 15000 as joining fees.

What is the interest rate that is applicable to me?
The interest applicable to you is 3.1% per month

Are all the League features available on the Add on card?
Yes, all League features can be availed by the add on card holder.

How do I earn points?

Every Rs. 100 worth of spends on your card you earn 1 reward point and 25% bonus points from Kotak Credit Cards. Hence every Rs 100 earns you 1.25 points.

What is the value of the reward points?

The value of each Reward point is Re. 1/-.

How do I redeem the points earned?

Points will be credited to the primary card account every 3 months (all points) or every 1000 points earned, whichever is earlier.

What is ‘Priority Attend’?

This is a customer service initiative from Kotak Credit Cards especially for Platinum customers. Just SMS us & we will reach you within 2 hours. You can also request for a cheque pick up, which is a complimentary service for our Platinum customers.

Do I have to register for this service?

Just register your mobile number with us once and then whenever you want us to reach you, all you need to do is SMS Kassist to 5676788.

Incase of emergency where can I call?

Incase, you feel a need to speak to a Customer care executive immediately, you could call us on 1800 11 6022 (North India) or 1800 226022 (Rest of India)

Faqs about Insurance Cover

What is the insurance cover on the platinum card?

On the platinum card the insurance cover is for Lost/stolen card fraudulent charges cover provided by Tata AIG General Insurance.

What does the Fraudulent Charges cover include?

If your credit card is lost or stolen, Tata AIG will reimburse the unauthorized charges on your lost or stolen card, up to 12 hours prior to your first reporting the event to Kotak Credit Card Customer Care.

We recommend that you read the policy document for greater detail.

Insurance is only provided on the primary card and not the add-on/supplementary cards. Kotak Credit cards will not responsible for any disputes arising out of any claims. All claims will be directly handled by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited

What does the insurance cover exclude?

Tata AIG will not pay for any expenses or loss for:

* Charges made on your lost or stolen credit card more than 12 hours prior to your first reporting the event to Kotak Credit Cards Customer Care.

* Charges made on your lost or stolen credit card after you first reported the event to Kotak Credit Cards Customer Care.

* Charges made on your credit card if your credit card has not been lost or stolen;

* Cash advances made with your lost or stolen credit card;

* Charges incurred by a resident of your household, or by a person entrusted with your credit card.

What is the total sum insured?

The sum insured is Rs. 1, 00, 000/- for a year, with a single occurrence limit of Rs. 50,000/-.
What do I have do, incase my credit card is lost or stolen?

You need to immediately call Kotak Credit Cards Customer Care & report the loss.

You need to call Tata AIG at 1800119966 or provide written intimation to make a claim and obtain the proper forms and instructions within 24 hours from discovering an unauthorized charge was made on your lost or stolen credit card.

Insurance is only provided on the primary card and not the add-on/supplementary cards. Kotak Credit cards will not responsible for any disputes arising out of any claims. All claims will be directly handled by Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited>

Do I have to pay to access the lounge under priority pass?

The membership to the priority pass is complimentary for the Kotak Platinum Credit Cards customer. No membership fee and No access charge for visit by the primary card holder.

Which are the airport lounges which accept priority pass?
